A licensed General Contractor (GB-98), Tom is a member of the New Mexico Builders Association and oversees all aspects of each home he builds. Every home is completed using fast track scheduling to expedite the delivery of product on time. Ms. Cardenas, vice-president, joined TC Building in 1998. She is responsible for design specification, cost estimating and management of operations. She has extensive experience in design specification of construction materials and finishes.
